Judge is sued

MELBOURNE, Monday. - The Hubbard Association of Scientology International is suing a Supreme Court judge, Mr Justice Anderson, and the Attorney-General of Victoria for libel.

The writs were taken out in the Supreme Court today in the name of Mr Ian Tampion, president of the association.

The alleged libel is said in the writs to have been contained in the report of the Board of Inquiry into Scientology, published in 1965.

The writs, issued by Alwyn R. Samuel and Woolf, solicitors, seek a trial by a judge and a jury of six.
